Mission Statement
Our mission is to focus on the uplifting, healing, and transformation of the whole woman. Creating a safe place of support for ALL women regardless of background, trauma, or struggle through both spiritual and practical resources.
Our Vision
Building bridges through Jesus Christ in our families, communities, regions, and the world through the cultivation of the whole woman and her calling.
Our Values
Acceptance
Acceptance
Each woman will experience an environment free of judgment. She will be accepted regardless of her past. We know that each woman was created for a unique purpose in the image of God. (Exodus 23:9, Hebrews 13:2)
Truth
Truth
We believe that God’s word is true and through honesty trust is built. We value an environment that is honest, authentic, open and free. (John 8:32, 2 Timothy 3:16-17)
Support
Support
We are devoted to unity and know that together we are stronger. When one falls there is always a hand to help her back up. (Proverbs 27:17)
Beauty
Beauty
We value the beauty of being created in the image of God as His masterpiece. Every woman is beautiful, and will come to know the beauty in themselves through their identity in Christ. (Ephesians 2:10, 1 Samuel 16:7)
Encouragement
Encouragement
We value encouragement in good and bad times. Encouragement helps us to see in ourselves what others may already see, that we are usually the last to be aware of. Through encouragement we are blessed and are able to bless others. (1 Thessalonians 5:11)
Growth
Growth
All growth whether small, big, short term or long term, individual or corporate is progress. We value the growth in each woman, and thank God for these blessings. (Hebrews 6:1, 2 Peter 3:18)
Accountability
Accountability
We believe that every person is responsible for being accountable to God and those around them. Each person will be held accountable for their actions that affect them and those around them. We will be accountable not only individually but as a whole, starting with the board, to the women we serve in both the ministry and community. (Romans, 3:19)
Life Experience
Life Experience
We value life experience and believe that sharing in our experiences together helps in the healing process by being able to relate to each other, and knowing that Christ suffered as we do. (Hebrews 2:17-18, 2 Corinthians 1:5-7)
